Christopher Reeve was perhaps the world's most high profile person living with spinal cord injury.  He sadly passed away in the Autumn of 2004. Christopher was paralysed at C1 & 2, in a horse riding accident.  In the following video clips he was talking about his hopes for the future and stem cell therapy.
