I'm a C-6 quad. i'm working on my master's and I need to conduct a survey of manual wheelchair users. If you would just follow the link below to do the survey.

Done!

You could do with another option on "Power Chair, Scooter, Both".

You need to add "Manual", as not everyone uses an electric driven chair/scooter.

Done.

Would agree with Simon. This is more geared to powerchairs and not manuals.

Also, I live in the UK so dont know what Pounds Sterling are in Dollars. So, perhaps a UK/US option would be a good idea.
