We're looking to sell our 5 bedroom detached home that has full wheelchair access; including full ramped access, powered door entry and two level access showers, one as part of a wet room. It has a through-floor lift to the first floor and the master bedroom suite has a ceiling track hoist. It also benefits from solid oak flooring in reception rooms, and solid flooring in almost all other rooms.

We've already had one full-time wheelchair user in to look at it, who loved it, but unfortunately it doesn't look like he's going to be able to buy it. The adaptations were done for my mother, who passed away last year, and we're very keen that someone should get the house who can fully benefit from it.

For full details, hopefully this link should work:

If not, please search on either Rightmove (www.rightmove.co.uk) using the postcode "CF15 9SA" or look on HouseNetwork (housenetwork.co.uk) under "South Wales". The house is on at £440,000.

If you have other questions about this property, please contact me via House Network on 0845 0131500, or through the websites given above.
