my son took cymbalta for awhile for pain but he said it really did not help and he did not like the side affects, dry mouth, foggy mind.

So for the past almost year he has taken nothing and this is preventing him from moving forward and getting about.  He has found that smoking pot helps but that is not an answer as it is not legal here and again not having your full thinking ability.

We were thinking of trying exercise and acupuncture this is a natural aproach and more to his liking, althrough he dose not like anything.  I just have to get him out the door for the acupuncture and that will be a feat in it's own!

He was on some heavy doses of oxycotin and oxycodon but did not like that at all and they did not help him.  He has a fusion from T7 to T12 so this causes stiffness and pain on it's own besides the nerve pain he has on his bottom.

I am not sure what we can try but i will give you feed back on how the acupuncture goes i know it helps some but not all and you have to be careful with a sci.

Wow, sorry nothing is working for him.
I'm on heavy dose of oxycontin 30mg 3Xday. I work but It's tough.
I just started a new drug Lyrica. with all the oxy. I'm thinking very seriously about tring pot. Its been a very long time for me. Because I have a teen in the house. You might ask the Dr. About this Lyrica I take it because my feet hurt.Because of walking.
