Hello, I am a neurosurgeon working in the U.S.  I have discovered a new source of adult neural stem cells which I believe will be useful for patients with spinal cord injury in the future.  I have approached health insurers about this, but they do not even pay for cord blood stem cell storage which is much more established.  If interested, please go to my survey to find out about a new type of adult neural stem cells and help me decide how to move forward.  This is not spam but rather a serious inquiry.  Thank you:

OK, Dr Ray, tell us your workplace,  the status of your research and the view of your ethics committee and anything else that shows you are bona fide in this and not a company collecting ideas for a business venture. If you are serious about this disclosing where you work and the like should not be a problem.

I wasn't sure about this but since he hasn't been back it's probably no good. "survey monkey" is kind of an odd server, why not the dr's homepage or something connected to the program? oh yeah, probably because it's no good.
