Ladies and Gentleman,

 laugh

my partner comes home tomorrow ! After 18 months of rehabilitation he is coming home, he is coming home to me, he's coming home to us and we can move on together.

I am so excited!
Also a bit ........... Not sure what word is appropriate here but I have butterflies in my tummy, I've hardly slept all week, I've bought in enough food in case of war (!!), including champagne, beer and wine! My goodness!

Only pity is that I travel for business already on Monday but we have everything organised, nurses, family calling over, security system installed for him. Fingers and toes crossed that it all goes well.

I hope that his physio appointments work out well too - we'll see. But I'm back on Wednesday already and hope take off Thursday and Friday to spend with him and tie up any loose ends.
Have a great weekend y'all!
And if anyone has any advice to impart on their partners coming home, I'd love to hear more.

Hi Lieveling , How exciting for you, I am so happy for you, I am sure things will work out well.  I am sure you are excited and anxious at the same time. and a feeling  of euphoria all at the same time.  So have safe journey  and get home soon.  Do let us know how the settling in time goes.
