Would like to try and city break, three nights, below is what I have a choice from.  I really liked Barcelona and Dublin but don't really want to go back their again this time.  Both were ideal for access.  I would really like to go to Rome [anywhere in Italy], Paris, Prague, Valencia, Berlin, Budapest.  Access wise, is there any of those you would warn me off, or any that you would particularly recommend?  I renew the places I missed are particularly worth having look at?  I really like good food, vibrant culture, history and architecture [Barcelona was spot on].  So any advise please.
