Heyy so I don't know who uses electrical stimulation [e-stim] or not but I believe it does so much for a SCI. I'm a c4 and my recovery revolves around the RT 300 bike, empi, and swiss stim. The bike uses e-stim to contract your muscles for an hour bike ride [aka sexy arms and legs], retrains your nerves by sending the messages to your brain, and major cardio. E-stim wakes things up, reduces spasticity, and reverses muscle atrophy. My email is roxychicka1161@aim.com for further info and my progress due to e-stim Smiley
