Got contacted by a woman through the the spinal injuries association.  She was doing a study on, pain in spinal injured people.

With amputees, she had discovered, that you could treat phantom pain through meditation.  Doctors etc., generally pooh pooh alternative medicine.  So the woman decided to try and give this treatment, on a scientific basis.  and it was discovered, if you did a brain scan, then did six week of meditation , there is a physical change in the brain on the second brain scan.

So I have been doing the meditation for about six weeks now.  I have found it very helpful.  I wanted to post there sound files here, but I don't know how to, can anybody help?
