Welcome Everybody These are the new message boards for the Spinal Injuries Network, there are many more features than on the old boards. You should find them easy to use, you can attach pictures from your computer desktop now too which will display in the message, you can change the boards theme, plus lots more Any problems hit the 'Help' button above. These are now hosted on my own webspace with unlimited bandwidth and data restrictions. Moving the active boards from the third party provider gives me greater control and less cost too, these will eventually be integrated into my spinal sites when they have become busier and everyone has joined up here. I intent to leave the old boardnation forums online as a read only site and a means of getting new visitors here too please enjoy them + don't forget to play around and customize your proile too, button above. NEW USERSYou'll need to choose a username and password on the registration page and agree to the forum terms and conditions by ticking the box. You'll also have to enter the figures in the security image too. An email will be sent to your registration email address with the activation instructions on it. Click the 'HELP' button above, everthing is covered in detail here. or here's a direct link to it [new window] http://spinal-injury.net/forums/index.php?action=helpPlease try to use sentence case text and not capitalise everthing as it makes it harder to read, any problems or questions please ask away..... enjoy your time here Andy

I love it already... looks better, more options, easier to use, plus we have a general topic forum where we can talk about non SCI related topics!!! This new place is going to be popular!
THanks and congrats!

Hi Andy
Great looking board. Easy to navigate around even for a "one armed" novice like me. I have to say I got a bit bored on your other forum, so tended to frequent Simon's. I always floated though.
Nice to see that we can get stats here on our postings. Mind you, on your previous forum I was 286 dont think I will beat that here.
Gary

Jilly - I like to play with new things! MissPiggy - go into your profile and look for the button that says always stay logged on. Then, when you go away and come back tomorrow, "voila" you are there or here. I am confused now. Must got and lie in a dark place.

Jilly - I like to play with new things! I like playing with new things, particularly gadgets. I'm trying to convince myself at the moment that I don't need to buy a cordless phone.

I did have a cordless phone but I lost it! I also lost my mobile. Best thing I have is a whistling keyring and when in town at a lose end I can always be found in the Gadget Shop.

Show me the grow man who does not like gadgets. Best one I saw was a gadget that a pal had - he had motor neuron and his gadget opened the curtains, put on the TV did everything but dance. I left his house feeling quite jealous (of the gadget not the illness).

I dont blame you....they are eternal money drainers anyway...cheaper to use the work one! I used to use the ones we had at work until they went and changed all the passwords...I havent managed to figure out the new ones yet but they STILL try to get me to fix the jolly things.

My main reason is that if I have no computer at home then I cannot sit for houres on end processing data. My boss would have me taking work home. Next he would expect me to anaesthetise the patients in the kitchen (LOL)
