Hi everyone,

as I sit here typing this I can't believe the china trip starts tomorow.  What seemed like an eternity away when I agreed to do the challenge has come round so fast, I'm really excited about it but full of apprehension too.  If I can I'll log in from china and post an update or too.  Be good while I'm away  Wink  and I'll catch you all soon

All,

FYI,

Andy took my mobile number to text me in case he could only find a Chinese computer or none at all so below is his update text.

"Just finished the first days cycle ride through the mountains & countryside along China wall then onto ming tombs. Hard work but really enjoying it & will sleep well!! "

Andy - as a doctor I have seen it all however think these photos are most unsuitable for a forum like this. Not sure what the poster is trying to promote but it dont look like SCI!!!
