when you are deep into a message, its sometimes difficult to get back to the main index, however the forums leave a 'text breadcrumb' trail as to where you are, for example while posting this mine reads

Spinal Injury Network Forums > General Forums > How to use Forums / Test Forum > Post reply ( Re: Where Do I post? )

You'l always find this line just below the main menu buttons and you can click 'Any' part of it to go back too.

When you are on the start page http://spinal-injury.net/forums/index.php] these links are very useful

at top of board two links I use a lot are

Show unread posts since last visit. http://spinal-injury.net/forums/index.php?action=unreadShow new replies to your posts

Show new replies to your posts. http://spinal-injury.net/forums/index.php?action=unreadreplies

Also at the bottom near the stats

view the most recent posts on the forum http://spinal-injury.net/forums/index.php?action=recent

hope this helps Smiley
