Posting Guidelines Introductions: PLEASE READ

Please start a 'NEW TOPIC' in this forum when you introduce yourself, it stops one message becoming pages and pages long and difficult to read through easily.  Tell everyone as little or as much as you wish to.  If its a friend or relative thats affected by spinal cord injury then tell us about them too.  Everyone us very friendly here and its a good way of getting to know how the forums work too.  If you want to post now hit your 'back' button on your browser and you'll see the 'New Topic' button appear as you are back in the parent directory.
