Quick Replies - Great Tip Here

After using another SMF forum on another site I discovered a great feature I had not used

if you go to your:-    Profile > Look and Layout Preferences > Use quick reply on topic display: > Show, on by default

it will add a 'Quick Reply' box at the bottom of every message you read, by default the feature is switched off. So you'll need to change yours in your profile as above to  Show, on by default

This doesn't affect your ability to add a full reply as normal either

Hey cool! it worked...how do I get the smilies? do I have to type them in???

thats right, or you can click on the ordinary 'reply' link to bring up full reply window

Or...I could bring up the page with the new smilies and keep it in the background and do this!!!

Lol! that was on 'quick reply' only doing that didnt make it very quick!!
