There is much I can share about SCI's. 22-years, no pain medicines, diet and therapy (bicycle/standing/range of motion), the most important, while attitude and emotions as important.

My future is what I make it. Yet this injury is tough and facing me is another obstacle which must be over comed if I'm to prevail.

I shall over come all obstacles because I believe in myself and our Lord Jesus and while others may not, I open my arms to all with an open mind, respectful nature and love and compassion and am willing to share much, but in order to do so seperate threads on various topics would be necessary in order to impact a greater understanding for many enduring simular hardships.
