Curious if anybody else has this issue and whether or not there is any solutions, tips, suggestions to prevent it.

My bladder is able to retain farely well. I have no real issues with leakage on a normal bases. However when ever I sneeze, cough, laugh to hard, or make a sudden reflex reaction I leak. I asked my urologist and I am not sure if he misunderstood me or what but he prescribed some allergy medicine. I fear every sneeze lol and I do everything possible to prevent them. Luckily I do not have allergies so this is not much of an issue but it is inconvienient Undecided, especially since I am going to attempt to return to work soon.

Suggestions?? icon_scratch

i know this affects women particularly in older age, there is a keyhole procedure for adding some gauze to the neck of the bladder to help prevent it........i'm not sure how it would work out with sci bladder tho , best ask a urologist / spinal specialist
